Corte dell'Oca of Mortara, run by Gioachino Palestro and his sons Davide
and Daniele, is a unique website catering both for connaisseurs of gastronomy
and fine wines and the simply curious.
The Corte dell'Oca offers you the opportunity to taste and, if you wish,
to acquire, typical, delicacies from the Lomellina area of northern Italy
prepared for you with pride and craftsmanship at our own premises.
One of these specialities Mortara's goose salami is currently waiting
to be recognised and to receive IPG certificate from Brussels and together
with the no less prestigious Ecumenico and foie gras is a product we are
proud to be able to offer the public.
The
Corte continues to add new products to its gastronomy range all of which
are prepared following traditional local recipes which we are happy to
have rediscovered for you. The
firm also has a a small showroom next to the shop where our extensive
range of products are displayed
for discerning customers.
